Mission Statement:
Queer Psychedelic Society is dedicated to creating safe and inclusive spaces for LGBTQ2SIA+ folks to access psychedelic community, harm reduction education, integration support, and healing services.

Here's How We Do That:

Community
Queer Psychedelic Society was founded on the truth that queer community is vital to the wellbeing of queer individuals, and that it is through community that we thrive, grow, and see ourselves & our strength in one another.
Our events encompass celebration, healing, learning, connection, and expression. Drag shows, bonfire socials, art and movement workshops, integration circles, and educational offerings are how we foster connection and strengthen and uplift queer community.
QPS hosts regular educational and experiential workshops on topics ranging from ceremony preparation and intention setting, to integration tools and vetting your facilitator/retreat provider, and more. We believe that education is one of the best ways to expand and grow, and that queer-centered risk reduction is a vital part of safely healing with psychedelics in these times of unregulated providers and peer-led ceremonies.

Support
QPS hosts psychedelic integration circles both virtually and in-person. These circles are for queer-identified and questioning folks only, in order to provide safe containers for the unique experiences of our community. In-person support circles are currently held in San Diego and Los Angeles, CA. Our virtual circles are held the last Thursday of each month at 5PM PST/8PM EST. As we gain increasing financial support, we aim to offer virtual circles each week. Check our events page for future dates, and be sure to join our email list for event announcements!
QPS is in the beginning stages of growing a Healing Access Fund through money received from donations, sponsorships, and event ticket sales. This fund will be used to subsidize the cost of legal psychedelic-assisted healing services for our queer community members. This fund will also allow us to host fully-sponsored integration retreats, as too often, queer and trans bodies are denied the rest and joy they deserve to allow space for the transformative experiences to take root and deepen. If you would like to support the creation of the Healing Access Fund, visit our Donate page.
